Executive - Procurement - Solar Rooftop Project (6-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to as well as implementing the policy.
- Effectively evaluate and choose from suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the professional interactions with them.
- Create spreadsheets with vendors and product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions.
- Liaison with internal departments (particularly accounting and stock department)
- Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
- Deal with non-supplied goods, under orders, over orders and damaged goods and ensuring that invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Maintain a proper interaction with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis, review deliveries against the orders and keep a track record against the status of any orders.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records for all stored materials, and the safe, secure and orderly upkeep of company warehouses.
- Managing any procurement activities including RFP's (Request for Proposals)
- Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
