Executive - Production - Chemicals (0-1 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for daily production activities including planning, coordination and control.
- Plan the production in order to execute the monthly production target and schedule.
- Ensure the mixes ready for all bulk production of Emulsion.
- Checking all the production parameters in running condition.
- Man-hours are properly utilized and monitored.
- Cross verification of material requisition.
- Effective utilization of man power with maximum efficiency.
- To create and follow all necessary parameters to evaluate the manufacturing process for timely production
- Reduce the rework and rejection by applying the various tools & process.
- Handling the Shift engineer effectively & efficiently for better productivity
- Instructing vertical section, electrical supervisor, machine operator. In the absence, he is responsible for old and new machine.
