Executive - Purchase (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Prepare cost analyses.
Experience:
- Experience in using various tools & types of ERP / SAP module/ Purchase software.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Strong Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
