M.Sc (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology only) Freshers- Males only
1. Knowledge of bacterial fermentation process and microfiltration system.
2. Adherence to GMP, GDP and safety procedures and practices.
3. Perform Online documentation without errors. Escalation of issues related to process/equipment to shift in charge/ supervisors if any.
4. Adherence to shift schedules as per production/Batch plan.
5. Handling of Aseptic bacterial manufacturing process and simulations.
6. Execution of process and associated shift activities as per procedures.
7. Readiness (CIP, PHT, ESIP, FSIP, etc.) and operation of process equipment such as Fermentors, TFF systems, Process / Inactivation vessels, CIP systems, etc.
8. Operate Autoclave and media preparation activ
9. Process monitoring & In-process sampling and testing.
10. Supporting the EMP as per the schedule.
11. Preparation of SOP/Batch documents, Protocols, etc
12. Learning of quality management system/ HSE and reporting.
13. Coordination with:
a. Warehouse personnel for procurement of process consumables and raw materials and transfer of materials/samples.
b. QC personnel for transfer of materials/samples.
c. Engineering personnel for performing PM/Calibration/qualifications etc.
d. Validation department for periodic qualification and re-qualifications.
14. Support review of computerized equipment, Audit trail and alarms review.
