Experion Developers - Manager/DM/AM - Design & Architecture (4-12 yrs)
We are looking for candidates working with developers organizations who have completed Bachelors degree in Architecture from Tier 1 Colleges. Enclosed is the JD for the role :
1. Concept Designing
2. Inhouse working(Sales Plan, Allotment Plan)
3. Internal and External coordination with consultants ( Architecture, Structure, Landscape, Vendor)
4. Drawing delivery at site.
5. Site coordination.
6. Conduct the review of design solutions and examine its accuracy and adaptability to the Design Brief.
7. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
8. Prepare and submit regular project update reports with the support of the team. Ensure document management as per international / office standards.
9. Visit site regularly for quality checks, and if desired by the Projects Head, take along with management
Key Skills Required are mentioned below :
Good software skills :
- Autocad, photoshop, sketchup.
- Should have rendered at least one site plan or floor plans in photoshop for any project
- Good at design and coordination for Group housings, commercials, Villas etc.
- Should have knowledge of byelaws, F.A.R, G.C applicable in Haryana.
- Knowledge of interior works will be an added advantage.
