- Urgently Require "Export Executive" With one of our Leading client who is into FMCG / Food / Beverages Industry.

Please find the below details:

- Require Male candidate with good experience into Export Documentation.

- Should be Flexible in any Shift.

Job Description:

- To send offers to the customers.

- To calculate the CBM as per the order.

- Preparing Proforma Invoice after receiving order from the customer from the respective markets.

- Planning the order with the shipping department for the vessel sailing date and Line.

- To coordinate with the Design team in order prepare the order as per customers requirements.

- To Coordinate with other internal departments and the factory for timely shipments.

- To follow up with the customer for payment, LC document etc.

- To send the documents to the customer.

- To solve the customer queries, if any.

- Assisting the Managing Director and Director for preparing travel itinerary.

- To send weekly order details to the factory.

- Knowledge about Exime Policy, Custom Clearance process.

- Follow up for parties PO and dispatching goods accordingly.

Experience: 2+ Years (Freshers are welcome)

Location : Mumbai, Panvel

Salary Range: Upto 3.00LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate
