Export/Import Manager (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling all Export and Import logistics.
- Handling Documents.
- Responsible for shipments CHN,.
- Performs most challenging tasks with timely updates
- Know how on booking (factory stuffing & dock stuffing) and deliveries of shipments.
- Maintain good communication's with customers and overseas team/ partners .
- Maintaining timely completion of procedures for dispatching and deliveries of Cargo/containers .
- Monitoring system updates timely and on completion of final invoicing to shipper & customers.
- Coordination with in product / inter-departments, other locations with in the country .
- Maintaining DSR's and PRE-ALERTS and other requirements as per customer requirements.
- Good Knowledge of filling manifestation (IGM) with shipping lines
- Good communication with Shipping line for arranging invoices, draft BL's and final BL release.
- Good knowledge of port operations .
