JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Inquiry generation from existing customers/New customers.
- Quotation submission and preparation of estimation.
- Access during negotiation to get better realization.
- Arrange zoom meetings in present/ normal conditions.
- To send intimation about dispatch/ delay in deliveries.
- Inquiry registration/Quotation conversion/Issuance of sale orders
- Co-ordination with works for timely execution of the order
- Payment collection.
- Customer feedback monitoring and follow-up.
- SOPS to be Implemented and maintained in the department
- All the data of zoom meetings, customer feedback, shipment delay to be monitored. Quotation follow-ups.
Important Skills - Good communication skills, knowledge of MS office, Good English verbal and written.
