Relevant Experience Required:

1. Preferably from Automobile/ Commercial Vehicle/ OEM Industry.

2. Must have exposure to Vehicle Electrical schematics creation and 2D harness drawings.

3. Should have good understanding of Vehicle architecture & integration of various modules.

4. Should be strong in wiring harness concepts like connector selection, fuse and wire size determination.

5. Must have Experience in design, development, release and validation of vehicle wire harness systems and components.

6. Must have the knowhow to various safety standards and regulations for harness design.

Skill Requirements:

- Hands on experience on any one of the tool like E3 Cable, PREEvision, Capital harness or Vesys etc.

- Should be good in Problem Solving & decision making.

- Should have knowledge of circuit simulation.

- Should have Good Communication Skill.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to create vehicle schematics based on inputs provided.

- Analyze the existing schematic design and suggest optimization.

- Will have to perform Electrical network analysis, component selection such connectors/Terminals,

- Wire size, fuse, etc.

- Participate in discussions with cross functional teams for issue resolution, root cause analysis and Troubleshooting of schematic using simulation of circuits.
 
- Will be involved in battery loading and power rating calculations.

- Handling of change requests for wiring harness.

- Update the work progress to the superiors.

- Involved in quality review of the deliverables.

- Review of 2D drawings.
