EyeROV - Operations Manager (5-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Key role of Operations Manager at EyeROV will be :
1. Field Service Projects :
a. Planning of Field Inspection Projects
b. Execution of Projects at the site within timelines
c. Deliver of Output to Clients
2. EyeROV Products Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testing to the standards and delivery to clients
3. Project planning and implementation, day to day activities of the Technical Field team (other than the R&D)
4. Training and Upskilling of field and support team
The Job requires :
1. 50-80% field workdays per year across India now and outside India in the future.
2. Will require good analytical skills to plan efficient travel and work execution
3. Ownership of the project and ability to take quick smart decisions under demanding timelines
SKILLS REQUIRED :
1. Engineering knowledge - preferably mechanical /civil
2. Analytical skills to plan and optimize project execution
3. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners
4. Leadership skills to support and mentor field team
5. Fluent in Hindi (speaking, reading) and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Added Advantage :
1. If you worked in the marine/Civil infrastructure industry
2. If you have executed complex field projects in various parts of India
3. If you have executed projects for Govt.
4. If you supervised/been part of underwater ROV operations
EXPERIENCE :
- 5 - 10 Years of Field/Operations Experience
QUALIFICATION :
- Engineering Degree - Preferably Civil/Mechanical
