Job Summary : Need an experienced and passionate Architect / Facade Designer to enhance the project facades and design the future 45 Floors mixed use commercial tower. This includes:

- Facade Cladding (General Cladding and Enlightenment)

- General Lighting and Signage

- Seven Entrances of the Project

- A Brand New Signature Tower

Project Brief :

- 4.5 million sq.ft. - one of the largest township in India

- 20 acres of land near Gachibowli, Hyderabad

- Platinum Pre Certification By Indian Green Building Council

- Best Residential Development - Future Category in Cityscape Asia Award, Singapore

- Consecutive winner of International Property Award, London, UK

Responsibilities and Duties :

You are expected to participate in the creative process wherever facade is required and to deliver the following, as per the business requirements :

- Should be able to conceptualize the designs

- Having experience in executing the Facade Designs

- Should be able to detail out the technical aspects of Facade Design

- Should be able to guide the team to finalize the Architectural Drawings

- Help the procurement team to procure appropriate materials

- Should have knowledge regarding the signage and the lighting designs

- Should be able to manage all the vendors viz. lighting, signage, cladding, paints etc. simultaneously, with regards to the Facade domain

Qualifications and Skills :

- M.Arch/ B. Arch from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, SPA, JMI, BIT Ranchi etc.

- Proficient in Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Auto CAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Microsoft PowerPoint

- Skilled in Rhinoceros 3D, Ecotect and other 3-D software would be an added advantage

Experience: Incumbents with 4-5 years of relevant work experience will be successful in this role
