- Staff management of CARE HOMES
- Recruitment, training & development of care home staff.
- Help Desk Management
- Managing the Housekeeping services smoothly & Implementations of all Checklists regarding cleaning Schedules.
- Arranging and managing in-house events- Activity area and common area.
- Inventory management
- Help Desk Management
- Relationship management & liaising with local establishments, cafe & maintenance, hospitals etc.
- Budgeting & cost-effectiveness.
- General hygiene, cleanliness and upkeep of rooms.
- Medical Aids to senior citizens
- Organising events
