Managing Housekeeping, Infrastructure management, Operation and Maintenance of Electro-mechanical systems such as HT/LT power, UPS, Lighting, HVAC, Fire safety systems, office & Building upkeep, common area maintenance.

- Manage facility team of 6 to 10 for efficient Facilities management services across Bangalore facilities.

- Good experience in vendor management, managing Annual maintenance contracts.

- Preventive & periodical maintenance of building and Electro-mechanical Equipments.

- Office Facilities & Admin Management, Interaction with builder for lease management.

- Ensure 100% up-time of critical infrastructure

- Continuous monitoring and resolution of employee complaints, help-desk management.

- Execution of carpentry, plumbing, painting, Janitorial services. To ensure best hygiene and upkeep standards across office areas.

- Execution of Facilities refurbishment projects including civil & interior modifications.

- Budget tracking, Cost saving initiatives, Invoice scrutiny, MIS

- Effective management of vendor's SLAs, contracts, performance evaluation.

- Interaction with BUs, Support functions

- Statutory compliance, ensuring audit requirements in Facilities function

- Event management coordination.

- Inspect and track condition of facilities assets make recommendations on preventative/future maintenance to ensure optimum building and building services performance.

- Contribute to the Planning and implementing an annual program of capital expenditure and maintenance expenditure

- Ensure site compliance to Health Safety and environment and Compliance Policies.

- Work with property team to ensure functional excellence and achieve targets.

- Improve employee experience in ensuring good work environment, ergonomics, infrastructure support for business operations.

Skills :

- 8 to 10 years experience in Hospitability /IT environment in managing Admin /Facilities Management.

- Must be working in an IT/ITeS for last 6 to 8 years managing at least 4 Lakh sq.ft

- Project management, Negotiation skills.
