Facility Manager (5-10 yrs)
A fast growing technology, start-up based out of Gurgaon is looking for a Facility Manager to manage their facility in Sonepat, Haryana.
The company provides superior living experience to millennials in India through its various offerings targeted at young working professionals and students. The incumbent will work closely with the senior management but is expected to function independently as in charge of their facility in Sonepat, Haryana.
Roles and Responsibilities :
a) Responsible for the end to end management of the facility with minimal supervision
b) Manage a team of administrative staff and third party logistics staff to handle operations
c) Maintain zero downtime of facility managing procurements, housekeeping, safety and security, vendor management, budget management, renovations, space management etc.
d) Ensure effective coordination with corporate headquarters in Delhi-NCR for the smooth running of operations
e) Liaison with vendors and service providers for facilities supplies, repairs and other deliverable
