Facility Manager - Pharma/Biopharma/Biotech (8-13 yrs)
Job Description:
- Should be 8+ years of experience in facility, worked in Pharma / Bio Pharma / Bio Tech companies.
- Managing administrative budget to ensure effective delivery of services including Housekeeping, Hygiene Management, Security, Cafeteria, and Transport.
- Development and implementation of procedures, processes, service standards and operational policies.
- Design, Planning and implementation of effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit.
- Well understanding of Lab facility, Lab classifications and managing smooth operations
- Should have experience in maintaining lab facility and ensure lab is active 100% throughout the year
- Well understanding of lab facility, Control System, Pressure, Air, and Good in lab classifications.
- Handling vendors, good experience in building management systems,
- Has worked on HVAC, security systems, access control, CCTV, AMC, chiller plants, Lifts, etc
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
