Facility Manager - AURUM & HILLCREST
- To handle entire facilities including security, engineering services, landscaping, elevators etc.
- To co-ordinate for maintaining compliances & contracts.
- To ensure cost control.
- To help in risk management.
- To co-ordinate for establishment of operation & maintenance of power generators, transformers & other allied systems.
- To ensure proper functioning of firefighting system, water filtration & softening plant.
- To maintain the stock register & HSD consumption records.
- To look after overall electrical consumption and managing electricity bills.
- To co-ordinate for billing, monthly management report, MIS reports.
- To plan and execute day to day maintenance work of residential campus.
- You would have to manage day to day civil maintenance including painting and carpentry, plumbing and sanitary work to keep property functional and in best aesthetic condition.
- To ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental practices.
