Factory Manager - Poultry & Vegetarian Products Manufacturer (25-30 yrs)
Role : Factory Manager
This one is for a joint venture between 2 leading FMCG companies.
The company is India's premier poultry and vegetarian products manufacturer.
Details :
- We are looking for Factory Manager to be based out of Taloja Plant
- B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) with 10-12 years of relevant experience in food / FMCG industry.
Manufacturing Performance Management :
- Determination and Optimization of the asset base and its utilization to fulfill the business plan and provide customer satisfaction through new technological developments and improvements and supplier management programs.
- Implementation of systems, procedures and processes to manage product quality and minimize the costs of non-conformance.
- Development and achievement of the synergy between technical and human capabilities to maximize manufacturing performance.
- Interface with the inbound supply chain to meet customer service, quality and cost requirements.
- Implementation of policies and systems allowing company to meet its commitment to product safety, the safety of operations for employees and protection of the environment.
- Responsible for planning engine and all BaaN activities related to production.
- Responsible for the overall financial targets set for the plant.
- Dealing with external government agencies & NGOs.
Person should be comfortable with handling Poultry Slaughter As Well.
