POSITION: Techno Commercial Factory Manager, (Paper Cups)

LOCATION: Lagos, Nigeria

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

Job Description :

1. Responsible for running Flexo printing machine and Cup forming machines in the factory.

2. Responsible for Lid making vacuum forming machine, its running ad material handling with local supplier.

3. He will be involved in selection & purchase for right machines for proposed SKUs

4. Coordinate with the purchase of all machine spares and requirements

5. Meet the production targets of each forming machine and printing machine.

6. Will be responsible for selection of right Paper for the product of hot cup and cold cup.

7. Will be in charge of Manpower planning for the running of the factory

8. Will be in charge of raw material sourcing and purchases with the help of the China/ India Office.

9. Will be in charge of the overall production of the factory.

10. Will be involved in training local staff in handling production independently

11. Will be involved in expansion plans, if any, over a one year period

12. Will be involved with machine supplier for all the spares required time to time, placing order after getting necessary approval.

13. He will draw technical specifications of products and play a major role in converting customers from a technical standpoint.

14. Long Term Prospect - Within 2 years to start the process of ISO Certification for the Nigeria Plant.

15. He will be reporting to the Managing Director

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Minimum of 5-7 years- experience in Paper Cup making factory with at least 3 years in heading/managing the Paper Cup Plant.

- Candidate should have experience in High speed Flexo machine and knowledge of printing.

- Key experience in technical knowledge of paper cup manufacturing process.

- Individual should be well versed in machine and process mechanical part of machine as well as electrical.

- Should be 35 years old or above

- Qualifications - Engineering graduate. Additional degree in Management an added advantage.

- Candidate should possess management skills with factory workers.
