FEA Engineer-NX Nastran

We are looking for FEA Engineer-NX Nastran with 3 to 8 years of experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Self-sufficient to debug and make FE modelling decisions.

- Performs and delivers structural analysis, with respect of QCD commitments

- Prepares the 3D model for simulations, and executes it following standard metier processes

- Performs simulation results analysis, and proposes optimization solutions Able to take care of convergence issues

- Work in defined timelines

- Responsible for quality output (FEM, Calculations and reports)

- Follow established modelling methods for product lines.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of shell and solid modeling

- Must have 2 to 6 years of experience in FE Analysis.

- Knowledge of EN12663 and 16373 in desirable.

- Knowledge of welds, rivets and fasteners assessments

- Should have good exposure to Fatigue & Creep calculations.

- Should be Good in hand calculations, Verification & interpretation of FE Results
