- Hiring for Field Service Engineer for multiple locations

Location : Indus Towers- AP & Telangana-Viramgam, Kalyandurgam- Ananthpur, Mandapeta, Parkella, Karimnagar, Hindupur,Addanki,Warangal, Pallakollu

Note : For each location we are looking for one candidate

Experience: 5-8 Yrs

CTC : 7-10 LPA

Language Preference : Telugu

Notice period : 30 Days

Mandatory Educational Requirements : Btech- EEE/ ECE/ Mech/E&I

Mandatory Skills : Analytical & Managerial, Planning & Organizing, Team Management, Ability To Multi Task, Time Management, field service engineers, Project Implementation, Financial Orientation, Cost Consciousness, Active Field Services

Requirement :

- A candidate who can ensure safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies. should have Knowledge of active and passive infrastructure management and 2-3 years of on ground experience; working with OME/SME/IME partners in Active/ Passive infrastructure

JD :

- FSE candidates should be fluent in Telugu.

- They should be well aware about the geography of the circle.

- Candidates can be approached from companies like- ATC, GTL, Tower vision, Ascend, Crest, Bombay Gas, etc.

- This is an AM level role.

- Candidates must have a 2-wheeler for field job.

- Candidates must share updated CVs and should be ready with all documents.

- It will be a 100% field job that will include maintenance of towers

Responsibilities :

- List the data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning your job (Record the measurable areas upon which the position has either direct or indirect impact)

- Financial Dimensions (Quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc. )

- To keep the operation with in OPEX budget available People Dimensions (Details of team size: no. of people supervised directly/ indirectly)

- 6-8 technicians Other Dimensions (Details of some of the other significant values/ volumes associated with the job)1. 15-20 sites/technician; 100-150 sites managed by Field Service Engineer
