Field Service Engineer - FMCG (1-4 yrs)
Job location : Delhi
- Field service engineer for coffee Industry, for coffee vending machine.
- This jobs is for fresher and Experienced, both
Duties :
- Understand the functionality of a variety of different vending, coffee and water machines
- Ordering repair parts.
- Connect water pipes.
- Connect electrical wires.
- Replace refrigeration units.
- Replace circuit boards and e-proms.
- Install credit card readers.
- Ensure that installations are compliant with plumbing, electrical and sanitation codes and standards.
- Use diagnostic equipment to find the source and extent of the malfunction.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized service van.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
