Job Description :
To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in Clusters/ Districts by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24- 7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations, hygiene, energy, safety and people management.
- Ensure delivery of sites with proper HOTO, quality and P1 compliance
- Infra Uptime as per MSA and SLA guideline
1. Alarm compliance
2. Beat plan compliance for OME Technicians and for self (Supervisor Beat Plan)
3. PM/CM compliance
4. Training and Development of Technicians
5. Trouble Ticket resolution
Site delivery as per MSA - New/Sharing/Optional Product/Cabex/3G/LTE/ Energy Projects
1.Ensure proper HOTO to O&M team
2. Quality & AT for any new project done at a site
3. P1 compliance for any new site
4. Site new build supervision as per requirements set by Cluster Manager
Optimization in Energy cost :
1. Compliance of DTS
2. Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action
3. Minimising EB faults
4. Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites
5. DCEM Complaince
6. DG running hrs. complaince
Site Stability :
1. Identifying frequent failing sites and recommending corrective action
2. Support in replacement of aged/faulty equipment
3. Support in replenishment of required infra equipments
4. Analyse KPI performance of OME partner
5. Identifying sites below MSA and corrective action
ESH Compliance :
1. Site Hygeine; compliance to Vulcan requirements
2. Adhering to SOPs
3. Ensuring correctly rated equipments
4. Monitor use of PPE by technicians
5. Support in regular training on fire and electrical safety on ground
6. Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site
Responsibilities :
1. Material requirement and PO issuance - SCM
2. Upgradation of sites - Deployment Sharing through Cluster Manager
3. New Built sites - Deployment New through Cluster Manager
4. Diesel and EB issues - Energy Department through Cluster Manager
5. Security and Theft issues - Security Head
6. Estate, Owner, Rent issues - Finance and Estate team
7. TOC
8. SMEs
9. OME - Technicians and Technical Manager on rolls of OME partner
Major Challenges :
1. Outage on Non DG sites
2. Outage due to Access issue sites
3. Owner/Neighbor issues to run the site/infra equipment (DG)
4. Thefts of Infra equipments (Battery Bank, Diesel, DG battery)
5. Under rated/aged equipments
6. Sites near International borders
7. Uncertainity of EB power cuts and poor quality
8. Climatic issue (Rainy season/Flood)
9. Owner captured sites
10. Material constraints
11. Ensuring availability of technicians on ground by the OME Partner
12. Ensure timely delivery of project activities having required quality and AT standards
