Filed Supervisor - HVAC (2-5 yrs)
Project Engineer/ Filed Supervisor for HVAC Work.
1. Should have knowledge in Ducted system, VRF, Chillers, Ventilation.
2. Read and understand Specification, BOQ, Drawings.
3. Site coordination meetings, being able to coordinate with Client, PMC, Architect, Consultant and other agencies like false ceiling, electrical, firefighting, BMS.
4. Measurement of quantities, certification, billing, bill certification, commissioning of system, handing over, handing over documentation.
5. Coordinate with design/ projects team, supervisors and sub-contractors.
Qualification needed diploma in RA&C and HVAC
1. Ability to read and understand Specification, BOQ, Drawings.
2. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
3. Proper co-ordination skills required.
4. Ability to lead team of supervisors and sub-contractors.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: - 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
