We are looking for a Finishing Head in Bangalore.

Should have min of 12 Years Experience in Looking after all finishing work like masonry work, Tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, False ceiling, Wooden paneling, Fa- ade work, Interior works, glazing, Expansion joint treatment, Including MEP works and Snag works.

Areas of Accountability :

- Implement and maintain a robust quality control system for finishing works.

- Ensure that all finishing materials and techniques meet the quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

- Develop detailed finishing work schedules to ensure on time project completion.

- Proactively identify issues/obstacles and devise comprehensive solutions.

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.

- Monitor progress and take corrective actions if needed to ensure on-time delivery.

- Execute the finishing works by supervising both Inhouse staff, contract staff & labour in line with industry productivity norms.

- Ensure sourcing of skilled tradesmen/craftsmen for Finishing works at the sites

- Provide clear instructions and guidance to the workforce.

- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among the team.

- Partner with other project stakeholders (i.e., Capability Lines, subcontractors etc.) to ensure effective completion of the finishing works.

- Ensure that all finishing works are executed as per the quality standards, in a safe, efficient, and effective manner within the defined completion timelines & budget.
