Job Description :
- Ensure that workplaces have effective systems, arrangements and supervision for providing a safe work place and suitable welfare facilities.
- Ensure a system is in place for site security cover outside of opening hours
- Review, maintain, update and amend safe systems of work to ensure it is safe and without risk to health, and the changes are recorded in Project Construction Phase Plans (H&S Plans).
- Project professional image of self and the company.
- Ensure site staff complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with rest of site team including Management, Site staff, and contractors to ensure full understanding of information.
- Ensure daily diaries and allocation sheets are up to date.
- Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with site team regarding safety, progress, expenditure, costs and programme. (When required)
- Ensure high standard of quality on the finishing works to meet the specification requirements of the clients.
Qualification And Experience :
i. BE Civil or equivalent qualification with 5-10 years of experience & proven track record of successfully delivering new build residential schemes.
ii. Working knowledge of building regulations and NHBC
iii. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
iv. You will be a reliable individual, experienced and knowledgeable in Health and Safety practices as well as managing budgets
v. You will have the ability to work from your own initiative for effective day to day management of the site and will work closely with the Head on strategic site plans
vi. You will have good IT skills and good inter-personal skills.
