Job Title- Manager /Sr.Manager Tendering
Exp-14+ Yrs, CTC -8-15 Lakh, Location - Pune (Pimpri)
JD-
- Responsible for handling the entire Tender from scrutinizing the tender, registration of Tender/enquiry till finalization of order for EPC (EHV Substations & Transmission Lines up to 400kV tender).
- Responsible for coordination with all supporting departments to get all required inputs, documents to compile the tender document for onward submission by soft copy / hard copy.. and to be ensure till it reaches to concerned officials .
- After submission of tender regular follow up with customer for status.
- Preparation of complete bid well within the time ( at least 6 working days before the due date/appropriate time) based on customer specification, get the same reviewed and approved from superior- s, and submit it on time,
- Ensure correctness & completeness of all technical data for proposal costing.
- Preparation of brief synopsis and Enquiry register.
- Co-ordination with other functional department, project team members, external partners and other Sectors/Segments involved in the project (Engineering, Sourcing, Project Management, etc.).
- Meeting & follow up with Client/Customer for contract finalization/Bidding and establishment of Business, involvement in senior level meetings.
