Job Role-

1. Planning, organizing and controlling logistics operations in line with organization guidelines & policies

2. Leading initiatives & execution of strategic plans for product delivery with the intent of customer satisfaction

3. Managing and training an accountable team of self-deliveries in multiple cities

4. Evaluating the warehousing & transportation network design to optimize costs

5. Supervising billing, cod collection and assuring collection of renewal plans

6. Managing a team of service engineers across all cities thereby ensuring on-time servicing

7. Interfacing with operations function & channel partners to minimize returns & quality defects to customers

Experience and Skill Required

1. 0-3 years of experience

2. Relevant experience of logistics functions at any company would be preferred.

3. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration would be preferred

4. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

5. Target Achiever & strong execution.

6. Last mile delivery challenges & control.

Salary: - 200,000.00 to - 500,000.00 /year
