Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing new PCB designs that meet the electrical, EMI/EMC, mechanical, thermal and DFA/DFM requirements of the system. The candidate will lead the complex PCB design, Sholud have work exp in deigning IEC standard Hardware and analysis of new circuits and systems, selecting components to implement the design, and plan and perform PCB design. The candidate will be responsible for PCB specs release and qualification. Should be familiar with ESP32, SIM800, 4g Module design, RF Module Design. AC-DC converters, 3 Phase Power supplies.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare circuit schematic and design PCB layouts for PMP projects using Cadence Allegro software

- Design PCBs with compliance to EMI and safety requirements and coordinate with RD design engineers

- Design and implement new PCB designs that meet the electrical, EMC, mechanical, thermal and DFA/DFM requirements of the system

- Lead the complex PCB design and analysis of new circuits and systems, selecting components to implement the design, and plan and perform PCB design

- Release and qualify PCB specs

- Design high power boards (4-6 layers) and understand PCB layout on EMI performance

- Knowledge about manufacturing limitations and design for low cost and high-volume design

- Design with Constraint Manager

- Design complex and high-speed boards with high layer count

- Perform Power and Signal Integrity analysis

- Perform DFM, DFA, DFT

- Perform thermal analysis

- Understand ISO Quality process knowledge

- Understand ECAD to MCAD interface transfer

- Understand PCB fabrication process and Assembly

- Use SVN, PLM/Arena/Product Data Management (PDM) Tools based release and change order process and PCB lifecycle Processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- 3+ years of experience in PCB design

- Fluent with Cadence Allegro and Orcad packages

- IPC Designer Certification CID CID+ (or equivalent) preferred

- Strong understanding of PCB layout on EMI performance

- Experience designing high power boards (4-6 layers)

- Strong knowledge about manufacturing limitations and design for low cost and high-volume design

- Experience designing complex and high-speed boards with high layer count

- Experience in Power and Signal Integrity analysis

- Experience in DFM, DFA, DFT

- Experience in thermal analysis

- Knowledge of ISO Quality process

- Understanding of ECAD to MCAD interface transfer

- Understanding of PCB fabrication process and Assembly

- Experience using SVN, PLM/Arena/Product Data Management (PDM) Tools based release and change order process and PCB lifecycle Processes
