What you will be doing :

1. Interfacing with key clients to translate operational functionalities of an office space into design matching the client's needs and culture w.r.t 2D layouts and 3D renders.

2. Ideation/Creation of 2D layouts to create design differentiation at space zoning level and creation of final drafts according to finer details like Floor & Furniture Plan, MEP drawings etc.

3. Interfacing with MEP, HVAC team and incorporating technical aspects to create technically flawless, energy/space/aesthetically efficient layouts.

4. Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of Project and Making of various schedules for a project like Furniture, general decorative, light fixtures, carpets, artworks, etc.

5. Managing/Coordinating with Graphic Designers and Junior Design Managers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback.

What you should have :

1. Very Strong and rigorous experience (min 5-8 years) of managing large ticket size engagements in the office space turnkey design and build sector, minimum 1 lakh sft.

2. Proven experience of creating client delight w.r.t design acceptance and client satisfaction w.r.t client interfacing and timeliness.

3. Proven experience of managing design team of Design Visualisers, 3D artists, Graphic artists.

4. Thorough knowledge of Autocad, 3Ds Max, Photoshop and other design tools.

5. Thorough knowledge of MEP layouts and implications of it to space layouts.

6. Thorough knowledge of Technical Drawings for onsite implementation and in-depth understanding of usage of materials.

Desired Qualifications & Skill :

1. Graduate/Post Graduate (Degree in Interior Design compulsory).

2. Immaculate communication skills to interact with high level client in the corporate sector.
