Senior Interior Designer - (Commercial Design & Build)
Job Responsibilities :
- Good understanding of designs, layout
- Good interpersonal skills
- The individual is responsible for working on various projects at a time under high pressure
- Conceptualize and ideate the design and production
- Able to present ideas with conviction and possess good communication and presentation skills
- Formulates art concepts and supervises Designers engaged in executing layout designs
- Meets company's work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts and illustrations; responding to client commentary and requests
- Team spirit and capability to get work done within timeline from the team
- Plan concept presentations and work with team to develop proposals that meet the project objectives of the clients
- Strong persuasive skills
- Exhibits strong creative team management skills
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Defends good ideas; knows how and when to effectively push back internally for their own work and on behalf of the entire team
Proficiency in various multimedia softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw. Autocad is an added advantage.
Desired Qualifications & Skill :
- Excellent communication skill.
- Candidates having experience in Interior designing/ Architect /Construction industry are preferred.
