Food Technologist (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :
JD:B.E/B.Tech (Food technology) with around 10-15 years experience preferably with training at CFTRI. Candidate should have exposure in Spice or masala product.
Key skills include:
- Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP system standards.
- New Product Development & Food Preservation Technology.
- Modern Food Packaging; Food safety Testing analysis using sophisticated instruments;
- Management of Pest Control Activities; Raw Material costing; Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English, Tamil and Malayalam (preferable)
- Experience in spice Industry will be an added advantage.
Age below : 40-45 yrs.

Salary:INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
