Freshalicious - Manager - Delivery Operations (10-17 yrs)
- Candidate will be responsible for the delivery experience in Tamilnadu.
- The candidate must have minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in e commerce industry, Cold chain industry,, Supply chain industry.
- Must have knowledge of supply chain management, 1st, 2nd & last mile.
- Knowledge of managing Franchises / delivery agencies and should have liaise with Govt authorities.
- The candidate will be indirectly managing 400 fleet staff in TN & more than 1000 ground staff with 10 to 15 direct staff.
- Candidate will be responsible for SOP maintenance for delivery fleet.
- Hiring of delivery executives/ HUB Leads and Cluster Managers to be aligned by the candidate.
- Should be able to manage day to day operational hassles with vendors/local authorities.
- Budgeting of TN of delivery Ops, and keep control on delivery cost.
- Must have done Vendor management and should be good in negotiations / inter personal and man management skills.
