Urgently hiring for Fundamental Engineering for Mumbai Location.

Fundamental experience is compulsory,

Experience in Heat Transfer, Thermal Design, HTRI Aspen software, simulation software, Reactor Design : Fluidisation, Reactor design, Scaleup, Revamp, Debottlenecking, Nuclear Reactor Design, Nuclear - Nuclear Fusion, Nuclear Fission,

Responsible to assess and lead multiple programmes, facilitate improvements in processes/equipment/products and ensure performance enhancement & operational excellence of Fired Equipment.

- Thought leader in Technology - Centre of Excellence (CoE) & Manufacturing to develop technical excellence for Combustion/Fired Unit Operations (heaters, furnaces, boilers, incinerators): drive high quality science & technical developments, identify new opportunities for the profitable development & exploitation of technologies by bringing new developments.

- Provide superior technical insight to the operation of fired equipment (complex troubleshooting, critical performance elements) & connect/bring the world best experts when/as needed.

- Actively consult, liaise & support R&D in the scale-up & deployment of improvement options/development and support project execution.

- Champion technology strategy in combustion sciences with stakeholders, major OEMs & renowned external science & technology institutes: build & maintain relationships.

- As a member of Chief Scientists Team, engage with technical leadership (R&D President, Process Technology President, Head Tech-CoE, Head Reliance Innovation Leadership Center) on issues/opportunities & provide critical input/guidance to the development of Reliance technology strategy & on key initiatives.

- Develop a team of senior combustion engineers to achieve excellence in safety & combustion performance, specifically in terms of quality assurance of safety reviews, (energy/efficiency) benchmark, critical troubleshooting, environmental compliance, deployment of new technologies, lateral learning.

- Shape a community in Reliance: must be a beacon of light to attract, motivate/develop & retain the best talents and contribute to the technical content of the young graduate development program.

Petrochemical or Refinery background only.
