1. Coordinate business operations
A Contract Negotiation & closure
B EPC evaluation + Management
C Material /equipment evaluation and management
D Quality control
E Design verification
2. Monitoring the installation & commission process at various sites
A Drafting all legal contract
B Negotiation & project Execution
C Coordinating with lawyers
3. Represent company in relevant professional organization
4. Develop and oversee operating budget
5. Work directly with client
6. Develop new business opportunity
7. Supervise other operation manager + staff
8. Legal Knowledge
9. Financial + payment control for project .
Skill and Abilities :
1. Significant professional experience in lower and middle management
2. Leadership Ability
3. Team Building Skill building
4. Understanding how to develop and implement business strategies

6. Support technical management of bd activities
