Ganesh Housing - Executive Assistant To Director (3-6 yrs)
Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, arrange meetings and maintain minutes of meetings. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification of growth opportunities, develop strategy roadmaps and business plans, and communicate strategies for execution support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill consumer insight needs, based on market and product knowledge.
- Partner with leadership, product, and marketing teams on market/consumer research and develop insight-driven strategies.
- Design and conduct consumer research for specific business objectives.
- Generate analytics, reports, and insights to drive informed business decisions.
- Analyze content performance and user behavior to address business challenges.
- Plan, lead, and implement marketing strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and scheduling. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate executive communications.
- Managing meetings, appointments and travel itineraries
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Qualifications and Skills:
- First Class Graduate of any Stream
- PA diploma or certification will be a plus point
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to Top Management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- One should be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support their executive leaders. They must think independently to make decisions under pressure, and they need to have good communication skills to share information with their supervisor efficiently and effectively.
