Gapoon Services - Operations Executive (3-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Understand interior or renovation work requirements of customers and provide cost estimate
- End to end responsibility during turn-key execution of the project starting sourcing of material, arranging manpower & auditing service quality
- Ensure good business relationship standards are maintained from vendors/customer support team with customers
- Managing Quality Assurance Programmes
1) Ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is followed as per the defined process
2) Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
3) Organize soft/hard skill training programmes for vendors
Skills Required :
- Understanding of Civil drawings (Plan, Elevation, & Sectional views) - Mandatory
- Prior experience in renovation/interiors domain
- Basic computer skills and proficient in MS Office
- People Management
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
