Position: Garment Developer.

Qualification: Degree in textile industry or equivalent experience; garment technology experience

Job Profile:

Garment Fit, Style & Construction generalist who provides technical expertise to the Product Development process considering Youth wear Safety guidelines

Manage all technical tools to successfully execute the garment development process from proto sample to final MRP, and to deliver manufacturing ready product in-line with aesthetic goals.

Scope: Responsible for garment technology aspects of product development, in partnership with colleagues in merchandising and design, PDS, Technical Development team, Sourcing/Production, and contractor

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Manage the execution of GTM Calendar development activities that are specific to garment development;

Ensure manufacturing packages have inbuilt Youth wear safety guidelines

Ensure Product Execution risks are assessed and mitigated from technical perspective.

Create and maintain garment specifications for all styles

Detail JD will be shared based on interest level
