Gear Box Design Engineer (8-13 yrs)
Job Description
Note: Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in kisssoft software, which use for gear box design.
- Design and Development of Gears / Gearbox as per API / AGMA / DIN standards - Study of existing Gears / Gear design & work on Standardization of the same - Preparation Shaft, Bearing & different gear box related calculations
- Preparation of specifications for Gearbox auxiliaries - Preparation of Gear box layout in 3D software - Preparation of Bill of material
- Design & Optimize gears using KISSsoft & its different modules - Adhere ECN process - Ability to write Verification and Validation Plan. Perform prototype assembly and testing according to the plan.
- Project Management & Good Communication Skill - Responsible for addressing deviations from Manufacturing, Assembly & Customer site
- Ability to deliver the challenges in the area of low cost production, low energy consumption, and ease of manufacturing.
