General Manager - Administration (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Act as an overall representative of the management in overseeing administration, facility management, Inventory management and other activities such as store, maintenance, miscellaneous purchase
- Take care of payroll audit activities
- Taking care of Budgeting and Forecasting
- Take care of vendor management and negotiation
- Driving operational improvements throughout the organization to improve overall efficiencies and enhance internal controls;
- Charter in line with the changes in the internal Audit profession and Government guidelines
- Review the process of identification, Assessment and management of enterprise risks.
- Promoting the highest standards of ethics and standards across the Corporation, based on the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence and confidentiality
- Ensuring due diligence in the management of the Corporation's affairs.
Job Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Extensive knowledge of state governmental operations, state and federal laws.
- Extensive knowledge of the professional standards, principles, practices, methods.
- Thorough knowledge of procedures required to avoid subjecting the state to lawsuits for damages. Knowledge of employee policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of equal employment practices.
- Knowledge of training principles and supervisory techniques.
- Ability to analyze and appraise facts and precedents in making management decisions.
- Ability to apply sound management principles in assessing programs.
- Ability to maintain favorable public relations.
- Ability to obtain factual information relative to misrepresentation, improper use of proceeds, and excessive expenses.
- Ability to provide positive leadership and motivation for audit supervisors and staff.
