- We are looking for an engineering professional of Electronics Manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), UPPH (Units Produced Per Hour), and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities :
Industrial and Process Engineering : Utilize your extensive knowledge of industrial and process engineering principles to analyze, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
NPI (New Product Introduction) : Lead the NPI process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly transition new products into manufacturing while optimizing production processes.
UPPH and OEE Methodologies : Implement and maintain UPPH and OEE methodologies to continuously monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency and equipment effectiveness.
Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with teams to develop and implement strategies to increase UPPH, aiming for a target of >3.5.
Quality Assurance : Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
Cost Optimization : Analyze manufacturing costs and develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality and output.
Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of processes, engineering changes, and project progress to ensure transparency and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial and Process Engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in NPI processes and experience managing new product introductions.
- In-depth understanding of UPPH and OEE methodologies and their practical application.
- Proven track record of process improvement, with a goal of achieving UPPH > 3.5.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
