General Manager/DGM - R&D - Fans Division - Electrical Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for a GM/DGM - R&D (Fans Division) for one of our reputed clients into electrical manufacturing industry with good experience in Engineering material including plastics/sheetmetal/packaging.
Reports to : Head R&D
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 15 - 20 years
Compensation : 40 LPA - 45 LPA
Key Accountability :
- Designing of Product
- Define Buyer Specifications
- Make/Buy decision
- Techno Commercial evaluation with competition/different suppliers
- To evaluate and get the tooling made
- Product Up gradation/ Continuous Engineering
- Value Engineering
Skills :
- Expert in Fans
- Well familiar with the Engineering material including plastics/sheetmetal/packaging
- Knowledge of Fan product suppliers/ coordination.
- Testing/verification of product/components/system
- Exposure to manufacturing process and machinery.
- Exposure to costing
- Experience of Fan industry.
