Desired profile of the candidate:
The General Manager of Factory Plant Operations is responsible for the overall management and efficiency of the manufacturing plant. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring operational excellence, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The GM will also implement strategies to improve plant performance, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Ensure production schedules are met, and adjust resources as needed to address any delays or issues.
- Implement and monitor best practices for manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Production and Quality Control:
- Develop and enforce standards for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Must be familiar with CCR - PROPERZI Technology, Copper Rod quality and Control on Defect .
Qualification:
- Post Graduate
- Min. Exp. 15 years from the same industry (Copper Rod Manufacturing)
