General Manager - Implementation (20-28 yrs)
Description:
- Driving results through the implementation of effective systems to enhance productivity, while adhering to Lean manufacturing principles and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001) across all operations.
- Managing comprehensive operations, including production, maintenance, supply chain management, environmental health and safety systems, human resources, and training, to ensure seamless functionality.
- Leading and inspiring a diverse team of approximately 300 individuals through assertive communication and effective leadership to achieve operational excellence."
- To lead, inspire & guide team members for achieving overall better performance. This shall be done through systematic data-based Review and assessment communications by Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams where required.
Key Processes (Not limited to):
- To ensure effective systems are implemented that enhance productivity and comply with Lean and ISO standards.
- To ensure existing processes are regularly optimized to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
- To ensure coordination of the entire operation, including production, maintenance, SCM, EHS/ System, HR & Training
- To ensure the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
- To review and create training programs that enhance employee skills in alignment with operational needs and safety standards.
- To ensure ongoing professional development that maintains team effectiveness and engagement.
- To review KPIs for monitoring operational efficiency and team performance.
Ensure regular reporting on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
- To ensure communication and collaboration between departments (HR, production, quality assurance) for alignment with business objectives.
- To ensure leadership and mentorship of a diverse team that fosters a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- To review and implement regular feedback mechanisms that enhance team dynamics and individual performance.
- To review and make improvements to the ERP processes and implement changes as necessary to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
- To regularly review and enhance the induction and orientation program for effective integration of new employees into the organization and their roles.
