KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- GM Manufacturing will be carrying out operations in a manner, which will achieve financial targets, meet product quality requirements, and satisfy customer service requirements
- Operating within established budgets, meeting product quality specifications in all processes, maintaining equipment's in good operating condition, establishing cost reduction and ensuring a safe, healthful working environment for all employees are important functions to this position
- Developing and executing manufacturing and Operational Excellence strategies to achieve overall Company strategic objectives
- Responsibility for performance management and development of direct reports including written performance appraisals
- Ability to lead, manage and coach others in a team environment to ensure high productivity
- Administering company policies & procedures and ensuring compliance with Quality Systems Regulations (QSR and ISO) and safety policies
- Responsible for initial training of new employees and on-going training of subordinates to ensure quality of work, Quality Systems Regulations (QSR and ISO), and regulatory compliance
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, Process Automation with 10+ years of experience in Large- and small-company mixed experience, leading manufacturing in a rapid growth environment. Master's degree preferred
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative, Self-starter
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
