GM - Master Planner - Real Estate

- The Master Planner will be responsible for managing the overall planning and development of a large-scale mixed use redevelopment project. This role requires a deep understanding of strategic master planning, urban planning, rehabilitation strategies, transportation, land use regulations, environmental regulations, and real estate development.

- Manage the master planning design process, including the preparation of layout plans, transportation networks, public spaces, design guidelines, and landscaping plans and urban design guidelines.

- Lead the design development of a comprehensive master plan for the redevelopment project, taking into consideration site constraints, zoning regulations, community needs, and economic feasibility project phasing and infrastructure design.

- Oversee the construction and development of the project, including managing the budget, schedule, and quality control.

- Responsible for data collection, data analysis, on site documentation, recommendations, and Generating a design brief for the overall redevelopment.

- Keep abreast of new approaches to urban design, urban planning, sustainability, landscape designs, transportation and mobility and incorporate these into project designg.

- Lead the coordination between infrastructure consultants, LIasion consultants, sustainability consultants, etc.

Qualifications and Experience: :

- B.Arch + M.Arch, (Master Planning) from a premium institute. 18-20 Years of relevant. Prior experience with a large scale real estate developer and experience as a Master planning/Design consultant
