General Manager - Operations - Fleet Manager (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Manpower forecasting for delivery. Build and execute it as process with city growth, marketing initiatives and other variables as inputs
- Lead hiring initiatives at city levels to ensure low drop offs, high turn up and better quality of FTEs
- Build career development programs for the fleet to build field organization bottom-up
- Build and implement escalation matrix and action chart for customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to issues
- Lead COD process of collection and reconciliation for all cities
- Lead rider engagement exercise for all cities. Take rider grievances as input source and feed into cities to drive improvement in Customer service
- Lead insights at micromarket level on poor rider retention and execute city specific projects to mitigate it
- Lead training and development for fleet to ensure best in class customer interaction
- Lead Onboarding, relationship management and sourcing of FTEs with manpower contractors
- Manage seamless supply of workforce on field and build inventory of contracts basis region, price & expertise
- Design and implement RnRs for fleet coordinating with City Ops
Role Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in operations .Previous experience in supply chain/logistics preferred
- Graduate from tier-1 College. MBA preferred
- Sound business understanding
- Entrepreneurial bent-of-mind. Ability to handle ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience on working on large sized team
