General Manager, E-BI India Operations

Location : India, but exact city TBD (we are hoping to find a candidate who knows the manufacturing landscape well enough to help us choose where to locate our India HQ if it needs to more from Hyderabad)

Required experience : at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry as a manufacturing engineer; at least 8 years of management experience.

Qualifications :

- Must speak, write and read English fluently

- Must have at least a bachelor degree in some field relating to manufacturing engineering

- Must be highly knowledgeable of India's manufacturing landscape, industry, and capabilities as a whole

- Must be an expert in at least 1 manufacturing vertical, such as plastics, metals, casting, stamping, injection molding, etc., and be highly familiar with other manufacturing processes.

Graduation :

- Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering

- Having good knowledge about all processes and ability to find the possible solution to minimize the rejection and improvement of productivity.

- Having good presentation skills and attending national and international events for technical seminars and promotional activities.

- Team management and getting the desired output with good leadership qualities.

- Good experience in strengthening relationships with existing customers and new prospects

- Increasing the market share with existing and new products

- Increasing the profitability of the organization

- Working with the team and working as a team - is my motto.

- Extensive travelling in India and abroad

- Hardworking and meeting the goals with strategic planning
