Must Haves : Should know Telugu efficiently (Read/Write/Speak)

Exposure in with production exposure in Glycerine and Bio diesel industry with TQM, Lean Management etc is a Must

Qualification: Engineering

1) Operations

a) Direct and monitor achievement of production targets for all the refineries namely Sunflower, Bio-diesel and Glycerin within budget cost.

b) Strive to achieve higher operation efficiency at all the plants

c) Ensure optimum energy consumption of the total plant

d) To achieve world class quality standards in all our products

e) Third party operations / custom processing / packing activity at other premises at Kakinada.

f) Operations related to shipping import/export/loading/unloading of cargo & Liaoning with Port authority / harbour

g) Coordination with General Manager - Commercial for local and institutional sales of Bio Diesel.

2) Quality: Ensure process parameters to produce quality product on consistent basis through continuous improvement in product process and allied activities.

3) Maintenance

a) Ensure maximum availability of the plant within budget cost to meet production requirement.

b) Coordinate and monitor implementation of projects for capacity increase, debottlenecking, cost savings, quality improvement, plant & equipment, replacement for improved working of the company.

c) Maintenance and Pumping activities of Pipeline from Factory to Harbor.

d) Maintenance and pumping of Water from the pump house outside.

4) Safety and Environment

a) Ensure compliances of all safety requirements and implement best safe practices

b) Ensure compliances of Pollution Control Board norms.

5) Systems Management

i) Ensure effective operation of systems pertaining to ISO 9001 and ISCC 22000.

ii) Ensure compliance of the auditor remarks/observations.

iii) Effective use of IT (Maintenance Management System)
