We are currently retained by leading Manufacturing Company to recruit GM Production Kolkata
Job Synopsis :
BE/Btech Mechanical
- Lead day to day Production .
- Identifying areas of losses/ breakdowns and taking,
- Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms
- Supervising development with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance; evaluating production progress & taking adequate corrective actions
- Organizing, planning and coordinating the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing parts specifications, designing, verification & validation, and so on
- Scheduling and rescheduling of supplies
- Budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials and maximum cost savings
- Attending customer's complaints with quality team
- Monitoring manufacturing processes & troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments and improving efficiency
