Job Synopsis :
BE/Btech from Government College
- Spearheads the overall Quality Assurance operations
- Makes and monitors budget for the quality operations and proper resource allocation
- Ensures that all products manufactured or marketed by MHS & EPS divisions are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality
- Drives for continued adherence to quality parameters by all concerned departments to the requirements of ISO 9001as per documented QMS
- Oversees process development for continual quality improvement of MHS products and processes.
- Ensures optimum allocation of resource.
- Monitors the initiation steps to demonstrate cultural change and enhancing image building of the organization.
- Prepares budget in line with organisation objectives keeping in mind cost rationalization; monitorsit regularly for deviations
- Anticipates problems and takes action in so that the cost allocated for QA initiatives remains within the budget.
- Proper resource allocation in terms of manpower, raw materials, inventory planning and monitoring
